Sitab wheels for gear grinding are particularly suitable for all applications where very tight tolerances are required. Sitab’s constant attention to the development of its binders guarantees an excellent performance of the wheel by lowering the grinding-piece contact temperature, reducing the possibility of burns.

AEROGEL is the latest formulation developed by Sitab for this application. It is a mixture that guarantees excellent performance with low grinding costs.

Sitab is able to provide a complete range: single profile wheels, cup wheels for bevel gears and multi profile wheels. For the latter type, the company has internalized the pre-profiling process by purchasing a latest generation Burri roll forming machine, this improves the service offered and reduces delivery time thanks to a stock that allows to cope with sudden changes in the production scenario.
